Moldova agreed with Romania on electricity for January
The Moldovan enterprise Energocom signed a new electricity supply contract in January with the Romanian SN Nuclearelectrica SA.
The agreement provides for the purchase of electricity for 91 euros per MWh, as in the previous ones.
10 MWh will come from Romania at night and 30 MWh during the day.
Therefore, about 60% of the necessary supply in January will be provided by MDRES located in Transnistria, about 30% of electricity will be produced by thermal power plants and “green” power plants, and about 10% will be purchased from Romania.
As reported, on December 28, Energocom signed a contract with the Transnistrian MDRES at the same price as in the December agreement.
