Tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 trong th\u00e1ng 7, VJC chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng 2,3% trong danh m\u1ee5c VOF, t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u1ee9ng gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb kho\u1ea3ng 21,4 tri\u1ec7u USD.VOF \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 kho\u1ea3ng 20 tri\u1ec7u USD v\u00e0o VJC trong \u0111\u1ee3t IPO v\u00e0o th\u00e1ng 12\/2016 v\u00e0 sau \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u00e3 mua th\u00eam l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu VJC tr\u1ecb gi\u00e1 18 tri\u1ec7u USD.Khi tho\u00e1i v\u1ed1n VJC, qu\u1ef9 \u0111\u00e3 thu v\u1ec1 kho\u1ea3ng 80 tri\u1ec7u USD t\u1eeb ti\u1ec1n b\u00e1n c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu v\u00e0 c\u1ed5 t\u1ee9c nh\u1eadn v\u1ec1. T\u1ef7 su\u1ea5t IRR (ho\u00e0n v\u1ed1n n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9) cho th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 VJC \u1edf m\u1ee9c 86%.VOF \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ee5 tho\u00e1i v\u1ed1n th\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng t\u1ea1i m\u1ed9t c\u00f4ng ty h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng cao. VOF cho bi\u1ebft d\u00f9 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n l\u00e0 c\u1ed5 \u0111\u00f4ng nh\u01b0ng v\u1eabn r\u1ea5t \u01b0a th\u00edch Vietjet Air c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 ban qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb c\u00f4ng ty v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ec3 ng\u1ecf kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0o th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m h\u1ee3p l\u00fd.Di\u1ec5n bi\u1ebfn c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu VJC t\u1eeb khi l\u00ean s\u00e0n ch\u1ee9ng kho\u00e1n t\u1edbi nay\u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft, VOF do VinaCapital qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd v\u1edbi t\u1ed5ng danh m\u1ee5c v\u00e0o th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 8\/2019 l\u00ean t\u1edbi x\u1ea5p x\u1ec9 920 tri\u1ec7u USD. Trong danh m\u1ee5c VOF, H\u00f2a Ph\u00e1t (HPG) hi\u1ec7n l\u00e0 c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t v\u1edbi 11,1%. HDB l\u00e0 c\u00e1i t\u00ean thay th\u1ebf cho VJC trong top 10 c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu l\u1edbn nh\u1ea5t danh m\u1ee5c VOF v\u00e0o cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 8 v\u1edbi t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng 2,2%.HDB thay th\u1ebf VJC trong top 10 danh m\u1ee5c VOFTrong th\u00e1ng 8, ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 VN-Index ghi nh\u1eadn m\u1ee9c gi\u1ea3m 0,7% (t\u00ednh theo USD). Th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng hi\u1ec7n \u0111ang giao d\u1ecbch \u1edf P\/E 16.x v\u00e0 c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c chi\u1ebft kh\u1ea5u 13% so v\u1edbi c\u00e1c qu\u1ed1c gia trong khu v\u1ef1c ASEAN. Gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb danh m\u1ee5c r\u00f2ng (NAV) c\u1ee7a VOF gi\u1ea3m 1,2% trong th\u00e1ng. C\u00e1c c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng ti\u00eau c\u1ef1c t\u1edbi danh m\u1ee5c qu\u1ef9 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 k\u1ec3 t\u1edbi nh\u01b0 HPG, CTD, Ricons (OTC: RCI). \u1ede chi\u1ec1u ng\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u1ea1i, c\u00e1c c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng t\u00edch c\u1ef1c g\u1ed3m c\u00f3 PNJ, KDH v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c t\u0103ng l\u1ea7n l\u01b0\u1ee3t 7,1% v\u00e0 8,4%.\u0110\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 v\u1ec1 HPG, VOF cho bi\u1ebft di\u1ec5n bi\u1ebfn k\u00e9m t\u00edch c\u1ef1c c\u1ee7a c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu (gi\u1ea3m 1,5%) do \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a gi\u00e1 qu\u1eb7ng s\u1eaft.
