C\u00f3 2 v\u0103n b\u1ea3n quan tr\u1ecdng do NHNN ban h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ec3 h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 vi\u1ec7c tri\u1ec3n khai Basel II l\u00e0 Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41\/2016\/TT-NHNN quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n v\u00e0 Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 23\/2018\/TT-NHNN quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t n\u1ed9i b\u1ed9. Theo th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41, c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng s\u1ebd ph\u1ea3i th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean duy tr\u00ec h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n (CAR) \u1edf m\u1ee9c tr\u00ean 8%.<\/p>\n

B\u00ean c\u1ea1nh c\u00e1c k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 kinh doanh l\u1eddi l\u00e3i, n\u1ee3 x\u1ea5u,\u2026h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n (CAR) c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 quan t\u00e2m h\u01a1n. Vi\u1ec7c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u0169ng tr\u1edf n\u00ean th\u01b0\u1eddng xuy\u00ean h\u01a1n trong th\u1eddi gian qua. <\/p>\n

Vietcombank cho bi\u1ebft t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n CAR cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 2\/2019 c\u1ee7a nh\u00e0 b\u0103ng n\u00e0y l\u00e0 9,81%, gi\u1ea3m nh\u1eb9 so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c 9,85% cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 1\/2019. Vietcombank cho bi\u1ebft \u0111\u00e3 \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1ch t\u00ednh CAR theo chu\u1ea9n Basel II c\u1ee7a th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41 t\u1eeb 1\/1\/2019. Tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3, CAR cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 2018 c\u1ee7a Vietcombank (t\u00ednh theo TT36) l\u00e0 10,54%. <\/p>\n

C\u00f9ng v\u1edbi Vietcombank, VIB l\u00e0 ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c NHNN ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng chu\u1ea9n Basel II t\u1eeb 1\/1\/2019. \u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft, t\u1ea1i ng\u00e0y 30\/6\/2019, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41 c\u1ee7a VIB \u0111\u1ea1t 9,2%. <\/p>\n

H\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 2\/2019 t\u1ea1i ACB \u1edf m\u1ee9c 11,7%, gi\u1ea3m nh\u1eb9 so v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c 12% cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 1\/2019 v\u00e0 12,8% cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 2018. Trong s\u1ed1 ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 th\u00f4ng tin v\u1ec1 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n, CAR c\u1ee7a ACB hi\u1ec7n \u1edf m\u1ee9c cao nh\u1ea5t. T\u1ed5ng t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n r\u1ee7i ro cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 6 l\u00e0 175 ngh\u00ecn t\u1ef7, t\u0103ng 6,7 ngh\u00ecn t\u1ef7, t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 4% so v\u1edbi qu\u00fd 1\/2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Theo th\u00f4ng tin \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c VPBank cung c\u1ea5p cho nh\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 m\u1edbi \u0111\u00e2y, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a nh\u00e0 b\u0103ng n\u00e0y cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 2\/2019 l\u00e0 11,2%, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 v\u1ed1n c\u1ea5p 1 l\u00e0 10,5% (t\u00ednh theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41). Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, n\u1ebfu t\u00ednh theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 36, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a VPBank l\u00e0 12,3%, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 v\u1ed1n c\u1ea5p 1 l\u00e0 11,3%. C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ea5y, so v\u1edbi y\u00eau c\u1ea7u 8% theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a VPBank hi\u1ec7n cao h\u01a1n kh\u00e1 nhi\u1ec1u. \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u0169ng gi\u00fap cho ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng “y\u00ean t\u00e2m” h\u01a1n khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch mua l\u1ea1i t\u1ed1i \u0111a 10% c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu qu\u1ef9 trong th\u1eddi gian s\u1eafp t\u1edbi m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng l\u00e0m cho CAR b\u1ecb gi\u1ea3m xu\u1ed1ng qu\u00e1 th\u1ea5p.\u00a0<\/p>\n

V\u1eeba \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c NHNN trao quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41 t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 5\/2019, TPBank c\u0169ng \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n CAR. Cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 6\/2019, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 v\u1ed1n c\u1ea5p 1 ri\u00eang l\u1ebb c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng n\u00e0y l\u00e0 9,33%, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 an to\u00e0n v\u1ed1n chung l\u00e0 9,09%. C\u00e1c t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ec1u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh to\u00e1n theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41. V\u1ed1n c\u1ea5p 1 c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ee9ng \u1edf m\u1ee9c 11.858 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, v\u1ed1n c\u1ea5p 2 l\u00e0 h\u01a1n 1.000 t\u1ef7; tr\u1eeb \u0111i c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n m\u1ee5c gi\u1ea3m tr\u1eeb khi t\u00ednh v\u1ed1n t\u1ef1 c\u00f3, v\u1ed1n t\u1ef1 c\u00f3 c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng l\u00e0 h\u01a1n 10.800 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n

M\u1eb7c d\u00f9 \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41 nh\u01b0ng trong c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e2y, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a MBBank v\u1eabn \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 36. Cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 2\/2019, h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng cu\u1ed1i qu\u00fd 2\/2019 l\u00e0 10%, v\u1eabn \u0111ang ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ee7a ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng trong vi\u1ec7c c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng gi\u1eefa kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng sinh l\u1eddi v\u00e0 r\u1ee7i ro. L\u00fd gi\u1ea3i vi\u1ec7c CAR th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n n\u0103m 2018 (11%), MBBank cho bi\u1ebft nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n l\u00e0 ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 mua l\u1ea1i s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ed5 phi\u1ebfu qu\u1ef9 kh\u00e1 l\u1edbn, nh\u01b0ng \u0111\u00e2y c\u0169ng l\u00e0 ngu\u1ed3n b\u1ed5 sung quan tr\u1ecdng cho MB trong th\u1eddi gian t\u1edbi.<\/p>\n

Theo nh\u00e0 b\u0103ng n\u00e0y, chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ee7a MB trong qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd h\u1ec7 s\u1ed1 CAR l\u00e0 ph\u00e2n b\u1ed5 t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n theo h\u01b0\u1edbng v\u1eeba \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o v\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec7m an to\u00e0n v\u1eeba s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng t\u1ed1i \u01b0u nh\u1ea5t ngu\u1ed3n v\u1ed1n. T\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 5\/2019, MB \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c NHNN ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn theo chu\u1ea9n m\u1ef1c Basel II. <\/p>\n

S\u1ed1 ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 CAR hi\u1ec7n nay v\u1eabn ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ebfm tr\u00ean \u0111\u1ea7u ng\u00f3n tay, v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ec1u l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea5p thu\u1eadn \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 41, t\u1ee9c c\u00f3 CAR th\u1eeba \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng y\u00eau c\u1ea7u 8% c\u1ee7a NHNN.
