A marca informou que a partir de agora o contacto com o consumidor passar\u00e1 por interac\u00e7\u00f5es individuais, sejam elas por e-mail, por um chat presente no website ou por telefone. Nem os elevados n\u00fameros de seguidores nas redes sociais da marca a demoveram de tomar esta decis\u00e3o, porque perceberam que este canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o estava a trazer mais malef\u00edcios do que benef\u00edcios para a marca.<br \/>Se at\u00e9 agora a principal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o das marcas era a digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, importa agora que olhem para a tecnologia como um meio que lhes ir\u00e1 permitir serem mais humanas, criarem experi\u00eancias imediatas e personalizadas e serem mais pr\u00f3ximas do seu consumidor.
