{"id":995,"date":"2019-06-03T11:09:53","date_gmt":"2019-06-03T11:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/mx\/incautacion-de-cocaina-baja-y-crece-el-consumo\/"},"modified":"2019-06-03T11:09:54","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T11:09:54","slug":"incautacion-de-cocaina-baja-y-crece-el-consumo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/mx\/incautacion-de-cocaina-baja-y-crece-el-consumo\/","title":{"rendered":"Incautaci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna baja, y crece el consumo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"239\" data-wrap=\"45\">La baja en el aseguramiento de coca\u00edna se traduce en mayor consumo ya que si se deja de incautar la droga, el mercado il\u00edcito para su venta se fortalece y ampl\u00eda su radio de acci\u00f3n, revela un an\u00e1lisis elaborado con base en el \u00cdndice GLAC.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"154\" data-wrap=\"23\">\u201cEl combate frontal al trasiego y comercializaci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna a nivel nacional impacta directamente en su nivel de consumo entre la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, advierte.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"0\" data-wrap=\"1\">\n<div class=\"image__block \">\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p><span class=\"element__footer\">\u00cdndice GLAC<\/span><span class=\"element__credit\">Fuente: Especial<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"202\" data-wrap=\"32\">El estudio explica que el v\u00ednculo entre ambas variables se observa en el comportamiento de los aseguramientos realizados por las autoridades federales en el periodo que comprenden los a\u00f1os 2002 a 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"338\" data-wrap=\"52\">En ese lapso, explica, <strong>las incautaciones de coca\u00edna permitieron contener relativamente el crecimiento del consumo<\/strong>; sin embargo, despu\u00e9s de 2012, al descender los aseguramientos el consumo se elev\u00f3. \u201cEl margen entre ambas variables se ampli\u00f3, alcanzando el consumo al 3.5 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n en 2016, con datos publicados en 2017\u201d.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"120\" data-wrap=\"18\">En 2008, cinco estados registraron los mayores aseguramientos de coca\u00edna y porcentajes de la poblaci\u00f3n que la consumi\u00f3.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"231\" data-wrap=\"39\"><strong>Guerrero <\/strong>tuvo un \u00edndice de .03 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada por cada 100 mil habitantes y 3.4 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n que consumi\u00f3 la droga; Sonora tuvo 56.40 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 2.9 por ciento de consumidores.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"262\" data-wrap=\"40\"><strong>Chiapas <\/strong>hubo 80.03 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 1 por ciento de consumidores. Colima registr\u00f3 89.39 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 1.5 por ciento de consumidores, y Oaxaca present\u00f3 254.31 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 1.4 por ciento de consumidores.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"254\" data-wrap=\"40\">En 2016, estas entidades registraron un comportamiento mixto con relaci\u00f3n a las incautaciones de coca\u00edna, dos mejoraron (<strong>Colima <\/strong>y <strong>Guerrero<\/strong>) y los 3 restantes empeoraron (<strong>Oaxaca<\/strong>, Chiapas y <strong>Sonora<\/strong>). En todas se mantuvo o creci\u00f3 el n\u00famero de consumidores.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"200\" data-wrap=\"34\">Oaxaca no tuvo incautaci\u00f3n de coca\u00edna por cada 100 mil habitantes y tuvo 2.6 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n que consumi\u00f3 la droga. Sonora tuvo 36.9 kilogramos asegurados y 4.3 por ciento de consumidores.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"267\" data-wrap=\"40\">Chiapas registr\u00f3 49.79 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 1.7 por ciento de consumidores; Guerrero present\u00f3 63.65 kilogramos de coca\u00edna asegurada y 3.4 por ciento de consumidores.
