M\u00e9xico busca un recorte fiscal de hasta 138 mil 700 millones de pesos para Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos en 2020 y 2021, de acuerdo con un documento enviado a Bloomberg por Octavio Romero, director general de Pemex.<\/p>\n

El gobierno propondr\u00e1 cambios a la Ley de Ingresos de Hidrocarburos el 8 de septiembre, los cuales afectar\u00e1n el arancel de Pemex, conocido como DUC (Derecho por la Utilidad Compartida), que representa m\u00e1s del 85 por ciento de los impuestos directos sobre su producci\u00f3n del petr\u00f3leo, seg\u00fan el documento. <\/p>\n

La propuesta reducir\u00eda el impuesto actual de participaci\u00f3n en los beneficios del 65 por ciento actual al 58 por ciento el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o y al 54 por ciento en 2021, lo que resultar\u00eda en un ahorro de 47.1 mil millones de pesos y 91.6 mil millones de pesos, respectivamente.\n<\/p>\n

Los recortes graduales se espera que reemplacen a una propuesta anterior de transferir siete mil millones de d\u00f3lares para Pemex del Fondo de Estabilizaci\u00f3n de Ingresos Petroleros, conocido como FEIP, Romero dijo a Bloomberg en una entrevista el 16 de mayo. <\/p>\n

El rendimiento de los bonos de Pemex convencimiento en 2027 redujo un aumento previo en el d\u00eda a s\u00f3lo 0.3 puntos, para registrar 6.49 por ciento.<\/p>\n

“Pemex enfrenta una alta carga fiscal, por lo que el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico ha decidido modificar el r\u00e9gimen fiscal para aligerarlo”, se lee en el documento. <\/p>\n

“Esta modificaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 gradualmente en los siguientes a\u00f1os, de tal forma que no genere desequilibrios fiscales para el Gobierno”. <\/p>\n
