La <strong>Mercadotecnia <\/strong>no es la excepci\u00f3n y comprender su evoluci\u00f3n nos interesa para desarrollar las estrategias adecuadas para satisfacer a los consumidores. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"521\" data-wrap=\"74\">Si nos remontamos a los or\u00edgenes de la mercadotecnia, desde 1948 James Culliton profesor de mercadotecnia en la universidad de Harvard, refer\u00eda al mercad\u00f3logo como un \u201cmezclador de ingredientes\u201d. Alguien que preocupado por el \u00e9xito de la compa\u00f1\u00eda administraba: f\u00f3rmula, empaque, presentaci\u00f3n, marca, etiqueta, precio, distribuci\u00f3n, vendedores, comunicaci\u00f3n, entre otros. En los a\u00f1os 60s, Jerome McArthy sintetiza y populariza estos elementos en las 4p\u2019s de la Mezcla de Mercadotecnia: Producto, precio, plaza y promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"156\" data-wrap=\"23\">Estos t\u00e9rminos conocidos ahora como la Mercadotecnia Tradicional se unen a la Mercadotecnia Digital para atender a los consumidores actuales y potenciales. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"139\" data-wrap=\"19\">La Mercadotecnia Digital demanda administrar 4 nuevas P\u2019s: 1)<strong> Persuasi\u00f3n y Persistencia; 2) Personalizaci\u00f3n, 3) Predicci\u00f3n y 4) Privacidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"533\" data-wrap=\"88\">La tecnolog\u00eda ha generado saturaci\u00f3n de los mensajes a los que los consumidores estamos expuestos, por lo que la persuasi\u00f3n se vuelve clave en la estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n y ya no solo importa la repetici\u00f3n de los mensajes como se hac\u00eda en una estrategia publicitaria en medios tradicionales. En cuanto a los puntos de venta, las tiendas al detalle se han transformado en tiendas en l\u00ednea o aplicaciones que permiten comprar a trav\u00e9s de los tel\u00e9fonos celulares, donde la persistencia de la estrategia digital se vuelve fundamental. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"168\" data-wrap=\"25\">Por otro lado, se requiere administrar tambi\u00e9n la personalizaci\u00f3n, que permite conectar al consumidor y la marca a trav\u00e9s de interacciones relevantes y significativas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"229\" data-wrap=\"40\">Administrado la P de Predicci\u00f3n, se pueden generar modelos que predicen el comportamiento de compra futuro con el<strong> uso del volumen y variedad de datos<\/strong> a los que se tiene acceso y la velocidad de las computadoras para procesarlos. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"127\" data-wrap=\"21\">Por \u00faltimo, la Privacidad de los datos, elemento clave en el manejo y respeto de la informaci\u00f3n que los consumidores generamos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"165\" data-wrap=\"23\">Las funciones que est\u00e1 administrando el mercad\u00f3logo actualmente tanto tradicionales como digitales nos lleva a preguntarnos en realidad<strong> que buscan los consumidores. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"351\" data-wrap=\"57\">Un ejemplo de nuevas herramientas para conocer que buscan es el \u201csentiment analysis\u201d; como el estudio reportado por <strong>INEGI <\/strong>sobre el estado de \u00e1nimo de los tuiteros en M\u00e9xico, medido desde enero del 2016 y el cual en forma experimental permite monitorear diariamente los comentarios positivos y negativos escritos en esta red social y generar un \u00edndice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"273\" data-wrap=\"40\">Estudiar las emociones y sentimientos de los consumidores y que los hace felices, permite eficientizar el <strong>manejo de la mercadotecnia digital<\/strong>. Tenemos evidencia de estudios emp\u00edricos en diferentes universidades y pa\u00edses sobre variables asociadas a la felicidad y bienestar. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"150\" data-wrap=\"25\">Uno de estos estudios fue realizado en la EGADE Business School, en el cual se utiliz\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda Day Reconstruction Method de Kahneman &amp; Krueger.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"265\" data-wrap=\"33\">Los participantes identificaron emociones que sintieron en cada uno de los episodios del d\u00eda anterior (asignado aleatoriamente); y registraron si estaban realizando esa actividad (e.g. comiendo, estudiando, transport\u00e1ndose, ejercit\u00e1ndose, etc), solos o acompa\u00f1ados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"492\" data-wrap=\"80\">Despu\u00e9s de realizar un an\u00e1lisis panel, se encontr\u00f3 que se tienen niveles m\u00e1s altos de felicidad cuando una actividad se comparte con alguien m\u00e1s, independientemente del tiempo que dure la actividad o si es<strong> positiva o negativa<\/strong> la emoci\u00f3n que genera; que no existe relaci\u00f3n entre felicidad y dinero, sin embargo, al compartir el presupuesto con alguien m\u00e1s, si aumenta el nivel de bienestar.
