Los expertos recomiendan maridarlos con champa\u00f1a o vino rosado, e incluso, con una cerveza local tipo Ale blanca.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"246\" data-wrap=\"37\">En esta quinta edici\u00f3n participaron El Sue\u00f1o hotel &amp; spa, Casona de la China poblana, Mural poblanos, La Purificadora, Entretierras, Mesones Sacrist\u00eda, Alquer\u00eda de Carri\u00f3n, La Noria y Hotel San Leonardo, junto con los anfitriones Hotel CasaReyna.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"featured__title\"><strong>Bebidas y postres<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"267\" data-wrap=\"48\">\u201cEl \u00e9xito del platillo ha sido tal que los clientes nos pidieron incorporar la nogada a otros alimentos del men\u00fa, as\u00ed que se nos ocurri\u00f3 hacer un c\u00f3ctel, desayuno y hasta postre con esta salsa\u201d, dijo H\u00e9ctor Fern\u00e1ndez de Lara, director general de El Sue\u00f1o Hotel &amp; Spa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"212\" data-wrap=\"40\">El martini de nogada se ha convertido en uno de los favoritos de los hu\u00e9spedes del hotel, pues en palabras de H\u00e9ctor, los comensales lo ordenan a todas horas, ya sea para tomar una copa o para acompa\u00f1ar el chile.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"308\" data-wrap=\"57\">La bebida conserva la tradici\u00f3n de la salsa de nuez, el jerez, la granada y hasta el perejil que se utiliza para decorar y dar aroma. Sin embargo, su dulzor junto con el alcohol pueden llegar a ser muy fuertes para algunas personas, por lo que se recomienda beberlo con calma y no combinarlo con otro c\u00f3ctel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"246\" data-wrap=\"47\">\u201cSupon\u00edamos que el martini de nogada era una moda pasajera, pero el poblano lo acept\u00f3 muy bien y lo arraig\u00f3 a la celebraci\u00f3n de la temporada. La gente nos comenz\u00f3 a pedir m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s el trago, entonces lo incluimos en el men\u00fa de El Sue\u00f1o\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"193\" data-wrap=\"34\">El helado es una mezcla sutil de la nogada sin llegar a ser empalagoso, mantiene los ingredientes originales (los mismos que el martini).
