{"id":1105,"date":"2019-06-05T21:44:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-05T21:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/mx\/funcionario-del-broncoes-imputado-a-delito\/"},"modified":"2019-06-05T21:44:01","modified_gmt":"2019-06-05T21:44:01","slug":"funcionario-del-broncoes-imputado-a-delito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/mx\/funcionario-del-broncoes-imputado-a-delito\/","title":{"rendered":"Funcionario del \u00b4Bronco\u00b4es imputado a delito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"image__block -side\">\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p><span class=\"element__footer\">Adalberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez ha asegurado que las operaciones fueron legales.<\/span><span class=\"element__credit\">Fuente: Cortes\u00eda<\/span><\/div>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"174\" data-wrap=\"25\"><strong>Adalberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez,<\/strong> ex director de Fomerrey durante la actual Administraci\u00f3n estatal que encabeza Jaime Rodr\u00edguez, qued\u00f3 imputado al delito por <strong>ejercicio indebido de funciones. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"211\" data-wrap=\"34\">As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 el Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n, Javier Garza y Garza, quien indic\u00f3 que, aunque se realiz\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n, la defensa de N\u00fa\u00f1ez pidi\u00f3 <strong>aplazar la audiencia<\/strong> para reunir <strong>pruebas que demuestren su inocencia. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"88\" data-wrap=\"18\">El juzgador accedi\u00f3 y aplaz\u00f3 la audiencia para el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de junio a las 7:00 horas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"278\" data-wrap=\"47\">Ser\u00e1 entonces cuando N\u00fa\u00f1ez, quien actualmente ocupa el cargo de subsecretario de Trabajo estatal, quede vinculado al ejercicio indebido de funciones, delito al que, seg\u00fan el <strong>C\u00f3digo Penal de Nuevo Le\u00f3n,<\/strong> le corresponde de 1 a 7 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en caso de ser encontrado culpable. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"170\" data-wrap=\"28\">\u201cSe hicieron imputaciones, se desahog\u00f3 la audiencia, pero la parte imputada pidi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n para aportar elementos de prueba, y el juez lo concedi\u00f3\u201d, dijo el Fiscal. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"210\" data-wrap=\"33\">La Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n investiga a N\u00fa\u00f1ez por presuntamente <strong>realizar cuatro operaciones de compra-venta <\/strong>de predios de Fomerrey sin el aval del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico, con valor en conjunto de 4.1 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"232\" data-wrap=\"40\">Adem\u00e1s, se le se\u00f1ala de realizar otras cuatro ventas de terrenos de Fomerrey a un precio por debajo del valor comercial original, lo que gener\u00f3 una<strong> afectaci\u00f3n de 6.6 millones de pesos,<\/strong> seg\u00fan estim\u00f3 la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"165\" data-wrap=\"28\">El Fiscal indic\u00f3 que, aunque se solicitaron pruebas para demostrar que las ventas contaban con el aval del <strong>Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de Fomerrey<\/strong>, \u00e9stas no han sido entregadas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\" data-count=\"166\" data-wrap=\"24\">\u201cTenemos elementos suficientes.
