Goldman Sachs ha recortado el precio objetivo de la banca espa\u00f1ola un promedio del 8% para los pr\u00f3ximos doce meses, tras reducir en un 10% los beneficios por acci\u00f3n estimados entre 2020 y 2023.<\/p>\n
Entre las recomendaciones del equipo de an\u00e1lisis se mantiene una posici\u00f3n neutral para todos los bancos espa\u00f1oles –que han perdido un 37% de su valor en la bolsa espa\u00f1ola en lo que va de a\u00f1o– salvando la excepci\u00f3n de Santander y Unicaja, que recomienda comprar.<\/p>\n
La firma ha destacado como principal riesgo para el sector en el segundo semestre la pr\u00f3xima sentencia europea sobre el \u00cdndice de Referencia de Pr\u00e9stamos Hipotecarios (IRPH), previsiblemente el 10 de septiembre, que podr\u00eda suponer entre 2.500 y 15.500 millones de euros, asumiendo un ratio del 50% de reclamaciones. Unicaja y Sabadell ser\u00edan los bancos menos afectados por los litigios.<\/p>\n
El mayor recorte del banco de inversi\u00f3n ha sido la rebaja del precio objetivo de Bankinter en un 14%, hasta los 5,81 euros, frente a los 6,74 euros. La entidad presidida por Dolores Dancausa es la que mayor impacto podr\u00eda sufrir por la posible abusividad del IRPH, con entre 1.000 y 4.000 millones de euros, con un 50% de reclamaciones, seg\u00fan los escenarios presentados por Goldman Sachs.<\/p>\n
Caixabank ha sufrido una rebaja del 10% en su precio objetivo, hasta los 2,28 euros; seguido de Santander, que ha visto recortado en un 9% su precio objetivo hasta los 5,43 euros; y Bankia, cuya acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 valorada en un precio objetivo de 2,01 euros, un 8% menos.<\/p>\n
Las menores variaciones por parte de Goldman Sachs han sido para la valoraci\u00f3n de Sabadell, que se ha recortado un 7%, hasta los 0,9 euros; y BBVA y Unicaja, que han perdido un 5% respecto a su precio objetivo anterior, hasta los 5,62 y 1,44 euros, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
