LUXEMBURGO, 14 Ago. (EUROPA PRESS) – <\/p>\n

La econom\u00eda de la zona euro registr\u00f3 entre abril y junio un crecimiento del 0,2%, la mitad que el 0,4% observado en el primer trimestre de 2019, seg\u00fan la segunda estimaci\u00f3n preliminar del dato publicada por la oficina comunitaria de estad\u00edstica, Eurostat.<\/p>\n

En comparaci\u00f3n con el segundo trimestre de 2019, el PIB de la zona euro creci\u00f3 un 1,1%, una d\u00e9cima menos que en el primer trimestre y su menor ritmo de expansi\u00f3n interanual desde el cuarto trimestre de 2013.<\/p>\n

En el conjunto de la UE, la econom\u00eda registr\u00f3 en el segundo trimestre un crecimiento del 0,2%, tres d\u00e9cimas menos que en el primer trimestre. En comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo trimestre de 2018, la expansi\u00f3n interanual de la UE se ralentiz\u00f3 al 1,3%, su peor dato desde finales de 2013.<\/p>\n

De este modo, la econom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola, cuyo PIB creci\u00f3 un 0,5% en el segundo trimestre, mantiene un crecimiento sensiblemente superior a la media de la eurozona, a pesar de moderar su ritmo de expansi\u00f3n dos d\u00e9cimas respecto del 0,7% registrado en los tres primeros meses de 2019.<\/p>\n

Entre el resto de las grandes econom\u00edas del euro, Alemania se queda al borde la recesi\u00f3n tras registrar una contracci\u00f3n del 0,1% del PIB en el segundo trimestre, frente al crecimiento del 0,4% de los tres primeros meses de 2019.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Francia, el segundo principal actor econ\u00f3mico de la zona euro, vio frenada su expansi\u00f3n en el segundo trimestre al 0,2%, una d\u00e9cima menos que en los primeros tres meses de 2019, como consecuencia de la moderaci\u00f3n del consumo de los hogares, mientras que el PIB de Italia, la tercera mayor econom\u00eda del euro, se estanc\u00f3 entre los meses de abril y junio, tras crecer apenas un 0,1% en el primer trimestre.<\/p>\n

Entre los Veintiocho, el mayor ritmo de expansi\u00f3n en el segundo trimestre correspondi\u00f3 a Hungr\u00eda (+1,1%), por delante de Lituania y Finlandia (+0,9%), mientras que los peores datos de crecimiento correspondieron a Reino Unido (-0,2%), por detr\u00e1s de Alemania y Suecia (-0,1% ambos).<\/p>\n

En comparaci\u00f3n, entre los meses de abril y junio, el crecimiento del PIB de EEUU se moder\u00f3 al 0,5% desde el 0,8% de los tres primeros meses de 2019, mientras que en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o pasado el crecimiento fue del 2,3%.<\/p>\n

El pasado mes de julio, el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) estim\u00f3 que el conjunto de la zona euro crecer\u00e1 un 1,3% en 2019 y un 1,6% en 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
