(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>La compraventa de viviendas retrocedi\u00f3 un 9% el pasado mes de junio en relaci\u00f3n al mismo mes de 2018, hasta sumar 40.961 operaciones, seg\u00fan ha informado este mi\u00e9rcoles el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE).<\/p>\n<p>Con esta ca\u00edda, la compraventa de viviendas regresa a tasas interanuales negativas despu\u00e9s de haber aumentado un 1,1% en mayo.<\/p>\n<p>El retroceso registrado en junio fue consecuencia del descenso de las operaciones sobre viviendas usadas en un 9,2%, hasta 33.756 transacciones, y de la ca\u00edda en un 7,8% en la compraventa de viviendas nuevas, hasta 7.205 operaciones.<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"ep-chart-f91d2baa-de35-400c-95a9-f05b068feb58\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/f91d2baa-de35-400c-95a9-f05b068feb58\/450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" height=\"450\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>El 90,9% de las viviendas transmitidas por compraventa en el sexto mes del a\u00f1o fueron viviendas libres y el 9,1%, protegidas. La compraventa de viviendas libres baj\u00f3 un 8,5% en junio en tasa interanual, hasta sumar 37.236 transacciones, en tanto que las operaciones sobre viviendas protegidas cayeron un 13,6%, con 3.725 transacciones.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos mensuales (junio sobre mayo), la compraventa de viviendas se redujo un 13,9%, el peor dato en un mes de junio en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"ep-chart-20d97713-3a7f-4170-8611-c15b576cf184-106\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/20d97713-3a7f-4170-8611-c15b576cf184-106\/450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" height=\"450\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ladillo\">ANDALUC\u00cdA, A LA CABEZA DE LAS COMPRAVENTAS<\/h2>\n<p>El pasado mes de junio el mayor n\u00famero de compraventas de viviendas por cada 100.000 habitantes se dio en Comunidad Valenciana (159), Murcia (128) y Andaluc\u00eda (123).<\/p>\n<p>Andaluc\u00eda fue la regi\u00f3n que m\u00e1s operaciones sobre viviendas realiz\u00f3 en el sexto mes del a\u00f1o, con 8.109 compraventas, seguida de Comunidad Valenciana (6.252), Catalu\u00f1a (6.233) y Madrid (6.103).<\/p>\n<p>Los mayores avances interanuales en la compraventa de viviendas se registraron en Castilla-La Mancha (+9,2%), Murcia (+7,2%) y Galicia (+4,5%). Por su parte, los descensos m\u00e1s acusados se experimentaron en Canarias (-22,5%) y Baleares (-17,4%).<\/p>\n<p>EL TOTAL DE FINCAS TRANSMITIDAS CAE UN 3,9%<\/p>\n<p>Sumando las fincas r\u00fasticas y urbanas (viviendas y otros inmuebles de naturaleza urbana), las fincas transmitidas el pasado mes de junio alcanzaron las 166.094, cifra un 3,9% inferior a la registrada en el mismo mes de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Por compraventa se transmitieron un 7,7% menos de fincas que en junio de 2018, mientras que las transmisiones por donaci\u00f3n subieron un 2,9% y las transmitidas por permuta repuntaron un 7,1%. Por su parte, las operaciones por herencia disminuyeron un 9,2%.<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"ep-chart-667ea797-711e-426c-9699-766ddc06459b-106\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/667ea797-711e-426c-9699-766ddc06459b-106\/450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" height=\"450\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos del INE, el n\u00famero de compraventas de fincas r\u00fasticas cay\u00f3 un 10,7% en junio, hasta un total de 10.670 operaciones, mientras que las compraventas de fincas urbanas, donde se incluyen las viviendas, bajaron un 7,2%, hasta 70.548 operaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En junio, el mayor n\u00famero de fincas transmitidas por cada 100.000 habitantes se dio en La Rioja (713), Arag\u00f3n (670) y Castilla y Le\u00f3n (661).<\/p>\n<p>Los mayores incrementos interanuales en el n\u00famero de fincas transmitidas en junio se registraron en Arag\u00f3n (+3,7%), Galicia (+2,4%) y La Rioja (+0,4%), mientras que los mayores descensos correspondieron a Pa\u00eds Vasco (-13,1%), Baleares (-12,4%) y Extremadura (-9,2%).<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"ep-chart-ef0dce16-6557-4da4-95d5-d3259c75c0f5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/ef0dce16-6557-4da4-95d5-d3259c75c0f5\/450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" height=\"450\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>[ad_2]<br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/construccion-y-vivienda-00342\/noticia-compraventa-viviendas-regresa-tasas-negativas-caer-junio-20190807090018.html\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ad_1] MADRID, 7 Ago.
