Pero, \u00bfen qu\u00e9 condiciones aterriza esa historia en los t\u00edmpanos del consumidor? \u00bfSe pierden por el camino sus ingredientes m\u00e1s esenciales? En torno a estas y otras preguntas gira precisamente un reciente informe de FocusVision e InnerView.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n<strong> FocusVision e InnerView<\/strong> entrevistaron a 250 profesionales que trabajan para empresas de tama\u00f1o medio y grande (y due\u00f1as de unos ingresos anuales de m\u00e1s de 250 millones de d\u00f3lares).<\/p>\n<p>El 87% de los profesionales consultados asegura que la compa\u00f1\u00eda a la que prestan sus servicios ha definido o ha tratado de definir<strong> una historia que describa de manera certera la proposici\u00f3n de valor de la empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Las historias de las marcas juegan al &#8220;tel\u00e9fono estropeado&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Desde el punto de vista del 41% de los entrevistados las historias de las marcas no llegan distorsionadas (o en su defecto diluidas) al cliente final, mientras que<strong> el 29% cree que s\u00ed hay cierto grado de distorsi\u00f3n en ellas<\/strong> y el 29% no lo puede afirmar con rotundidad.<\/p>\n<p>De todos modos, los <strong>ejecutivos senior<\/strong> est\u00e1n en t\u00e9rminos generales mucho menos convencidos que los ejecutivos senior de la precisi\u00f3n con la que la proposici\u00f3n de valor de las marcas llega al consumidor final.<\/p>\n<p>El 36% de los profesionales con el cargo de vicepresidente (o una posici\u00f3n a\u00fan m\u00e1s elevada) tiene el firme convencimiento de <strong>las historias de las marcas se diluyen cuando consiguen arribar al consumidor<\/strong>, el 36% no est\u00e1 100% seguro y el 27% niega cualquier distorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En quienes m\u00e1s conf\u00edan los profesionales entrevistados en su estudio por FocusVision e InnerView a la hora de diseminar sin m\u00e1cula alguna las historias de las marcas es en los vendedores.<\/strong> El 75% cree que estos profesionales transmiten de manera consistente y veraz la historia que hay agazapada tras una marca.
