{"id":6669,"date":"2019-07-18T21:58:43","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T18:58:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/es\/el-ardiente-romance-del-consumidor-con-la-sostenibilidad-vacia-los-bolsillos-de-las-marcas\/"},"modified":"2019-07-18T21:58:44","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T18:58:44","slug":"el-ardiente-romance-del-consumidor-con-la-sostenibilidad-vacia-los-bolsillos-de-las-marcas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/super-news.info\/es\/el-ardiente-romance-del-consumidor-con-la-sostenibilidad-vacia-los-bolsillos-de-las-marcas\/","title":{"rendered":"El ardiente romance del consumidor con la sostenibilidad vac\u00eda los bolsillos de las marcas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"textoNoticia\">\n<p class=\"excerpt-single\">El 40% de los marketeros considera que la sostenibilidad de los productos adquiridos es a d\u00eda de hoy la principal exigencia de los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El debate en torno a la ecolog\u00eda y la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente est\u00e1 m\u00e1s encendido que nunca,<\/strong> tanto que ha terminado por calar muy hondo entre los consumidores (cada vez m\u00e1s concienciados) y tambi\u00e9n por ende entre las marcas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio llevado a cabo en Alemania por la red global de shopping Bazaarvoice,<strong> el 40% de los marketeros tiene el pleno convencimiento de que la sostenibilidad de los productos que el cliente arroja en la cesta de la compra es a d\u00eda de hoy la principal exigencia de los consumidores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Por delante de la ubicua sostenibilidad se sit\u00faa \u00fanica y exclusivamente la calidad de los productos adquiridos<\/strong>, que es la demanda m\u00e1s importante de los consumidores a ojos del 46% de los marketeros.<\/p>\n<p>El 51% de los marketeros considera que la <strong>introducci\u00f3n de materiales \u201ceco-friendly\u201d en los productos puestos a disposici\u00f3n de los consumidores<\/strong> es definitivamente la mejor manera de arrogarse a s\u00ed mismas cierta p\u00e1tina sostenible.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>La sostenibilidad, tan necesaria como onerosa para las marcas<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Que el consumidor enarbole con tant\u00edsimo convencimiento la bandera de la sostenibilidad puede, por otra parte, ser <strong>particularmente caro para las marcas<\/strong>. De acuerdo con las cifras barajadas por Bazaarvoice, las empresas invierten una media de 2 millones de euros al a\u00f1o en la restauraci\u00f3n y el reciclaje de productos usados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente deber\u00eda ser una prioridad para las empresas, pero las cifras dan cuenta de los elevados costes que hay asociados a la cadena de suministro en aquellas <strong>compa\u00f1\u00edas que son adalides de la sostenibilidad<\/strong>\u201d, explica Tobias Stelzer, director de ventas de Bazaarvoice para Alemania, Austria, Suiza, Holanda, B\u00e9lgica y Luxemburgo.<\/p>\n<p>Aun as\u00ed, que las marcas se tomen la molestia de orientar sus estrategias a los deseos del consumidor lleva aparejadas tambi\u00e9n unas cuantas <strong>ventajas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00f3lo cuando las empresas escuchan a los consumidores, est\u00e1n verdaderamente en posici\u00f3n de poner en sus manos lo que estos desean. Y ello se traduce inevitablemente en <strong>un incremento de la lealtad de marca<\/strong>\u201d, subraya Stelzer.<\/p>\n<p>La sostenibilidad no es algo que compete, de todos modos, \u00fanica y exclusivamente a las empresas.
