(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211; <\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"description\">   La predominancia de riesgos a la baja para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico de la zona euro llevar\u00e1 al Banco Central Europeo (BCE) a retrasar su primera subida de los tipos de inter\u00e9s &#8220;al menos hasta el segundo trimestre de 2021&#8221;, seg\u00fan la agencia S&amp;P Global Ratings, que no descarta que la entidad deba antes rebajar el precio del dinero si la Reserva Federal de EEUU (EEUU) decide reducirlos.<\/p>\n<p>   &#8220;Vemos un escenario en el que si la Fed recorta las tasas, como esperamos nosotros, los mercados y la gr\u00e1fica de puntos de la Fed, el BCE tendr\u00e1 que asegurar que el euro no se fortalece notablemente&#8221;, se\u00f1ala la agencia.<\/p>\n<p>   De este modo, con el fin de mantener la laxitud de las condiciones de financiaci\u00f3n, el BCE podr\u00eda ajustar su orientaci\u00f3n a futuro sobre pol\u00edtica monetaria aplazando o eliminando la fecha aproximada para comenzar a subir los tipos de inter\u00e9s, que actualmente apunta a mediados de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>   Los analistas de S&amp;P Global apuntan tambi\u00e9n la posibilidad de que el instituto emisor de la zona euro rebaje los tipos de inter\u00e9s en 10 puntos b\u00e1sicos, as\u00ed como la probable introducci\u00f3n de un mecanismo por tramos en la facilidad de dep\u00f3sito con el fin de limitar el impacto adverso de los tipos de inter\u00e9s negativos en la rentabilidad de los bancos.<\/p>\n<p>   Asimismo, la entidad presidida por Mario Draghi, quien abandonar\u00e1 el cargo el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de octubre, podr\u00eda relajar los t\u00e9rminos de la nueva ronda de megasubastas de liquidez a largo plazo (TLTRO III), as\u00ed como lanzar una nueva ronda de alivio cuantitativo superando el umbral del 33% del limite por emisor en sus compras de bonos soberanos.<\/p>\n<p>   &#8220;Por ahora, creemos que el BCE cambiar\u00e1 su orientaci\u00f3n a futuro y que las enmiendas al programa TLTRO III y un recorte de tasas son m\u00e1s probables si la econom\u00eda, la inflaci\u00f3n y las condiciones de financiaci\u00f3n decepcionan&#8221;, a\u00f1ade la agencia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[ad_2]<br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/finanzas-00340\/noticia-bce-no-subira-tipos-antes-2021-sp-20190628180056.html\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ad_1] MADRID, 28 Jun.
