Y las deja de seguir por su mala atenci\u00f3n a cliente. <\/p>\n<p>Cuando se toman la molestia de<strong> pulsar el bot\u00f3n &#8220;follow&#8221; en las redes sociales<\/strong> con el \u00faltimo objetivo de seguir a una marca, los consumidores lo hacen sobre todo y ante todo impelidos por conocer m\u00e1s sobre sus productos y servicios y por ser agasajados con una buena dosis de entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio de la empresa de software Sprout Social, e<strong>l 50% de los consumidores admite seguir las marcas en los social media para empaparse de informaci\u00f3n sobre sus productos y servicios.<\/strong> Un porcentaje bastante similar, el 48%, hace clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201cfollow\u201d para que las marcas le procuren entretenimiento en las plataformas 2.0.<\/p>\n<p>El 40% de los consumidores sigue a las empresas en la Web Social para estar a la \u00faltima sobre las noticias emanadas de su organizaci\u00f3n, el 38% lo hace para no perder ripio de eventuales <strong>descuentos y promociones<\/strong>, el 36% para conectar con personas con gustos e intereses similares, el 36% para recibir un ba\u00f1o de inspiraci\u00f3n, y el 35% para educarse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-494132\" src=\"https:\/\/super-news.info\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/06\/1561577842_827_Asi-nace-y-muere-el-amor-que-el-consumidor-prodiga.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"628\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Cuando el consumidor decide seguir a una marca en los social media, lo hace propulsado por toda una pl\u00e9yade de razones. El 67% de los consumidores dispensa &#8220;likes&#8221; a aquellos posts que le entretienen (y el 55% se digna tambi\u00e9n a compartirlos).
