El presidente de Bankia, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Goirigolzarri, ha considerado que ahora no es el momento adecuado para privatizar la entidad que preside, cuyo 60,63% est\u00e1 en manos del Estado, y ha abogado por esperar un entorno “m\u00e1s favorable” para la valoraci\u00f3n de la banca.<\/p>\n
En Valbuena de Duero (Valladolid), donde Goirigolzarri ha ofrecido la conferencia inaugural del Congreso Regional de la Empresa Familiar, el presidente de Bankia ha recordado que el mercado financiero vive ahora una valoraci\u00f3n “a la baja” con una ca\u00edda de los tipos de inter\u00e9s, lo que le lleva a defender que no es el momento adecuado para acometer la privatizaci\u00f3n de la entidad, cuyo principal accionista es el FROB con una participaci\u00f3n del 60,63%.<\/p>\n
De este modo, Goirigolzarri ha recordado que el proceso se puede dilatar hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021 y ha asegurado que la operaci\u00f3n se desarrollar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo evolucionen los mercados.<\/p>\n
En este marco se ha referido adem\u00e1s a la situaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica actual y ha defendido que la estabilidad es “buena” para la econom\u00eda. “Cuanta m\u00e1s estabilidad mejor”, ha manifestado, tras lo que ha defendido que se d\u00e9 un tiempo tras las elecciones para conformar los gobiernos. No obstante, ha abogado por esperar a ver en qu\u00e9 se traduce el anunciado impuesto a las transacciones financieras.<\/p>\n
“Hablar se habla, pero yo prefiero habar a partir de los hechos y no de futuribles”, ha zanjado.<\/p>\n
BANKIA, “EJEMPLO DE TRANSFORMACI\u00d3N”<\/h2>\n
En la conferencia inaugural del Congreso Regional de Empresa Familiar Goirigolzarri ha considerado que Bankia es “el ejemplo m\u00e1s claro de la transformaci\u00f3n del sector en Espa\u00f1a”. As\u00ed, ha recordado que cuando se incorpor\u00f3 al banco hace siete a\u00f1os ten\u00eda dos l\u00edneas claras de prioridad, como eran el cambio del gobierno corporativo y cerrar un plan de capitalizaci\u00f3n y saneamiento.<\/p>\n
“Fueron a\u00f1os muy duros, pero necesarios para asegurar la sostenibilidad de nuestro proyecto y cumplimos con todos los objetivos del plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n”, ha defendido, tras lo que ha recordado que en 2017 la entidad fue “liberada” de todas las restricciones que impon\u00eda el plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 a Bankia a situarse como “la cuarta entidad de Espa\u00f1a”.<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, Goirigolzarri ha se\u00f1alado que Bankia ha pasado de ser la historia de una reestructuraci\u00f3n a ser una “historia de crecimiento”. “El objetivo ahora es convertirnos en el banco preferido por la sociedad”, ha concluido.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
