La direcci\u00f3n de Santander ha mejorado las condiciones del Expediente de Regulaci\u00f3n de Empleo (ERE) que la entidad prev\u00e9 acometer este a\u00f1o, extendiendo las prejubilaciones con el 75% a todos los empleados de entre 55 y 61 a\u00f1os, suprimiendo la movilidad de entre 75 y 100 kil\u00f3metros y comprometi\u00e9ndose a reducir el n\u00famero de afectados.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan informaron fuentes sindicales tras la quinta reuni\u00f3n formal de la mesa negociadora, Santander ha ofrecido prejubilaciones con el 75% del salario pensionable o el 72% m\u00e1s el 58% del complemento voluntario para los empleados de entre 55 y 61 a\u00f1os, unas condiciones que hasta ahora solo ofrec\u00eda a partir de los 58 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Para los mayores de 62 a\u00f1os, el banco efectuar\u00e1 un pago de 20 d\u00edas por a\u00f1o trabajado, con el l\u00edmite de una anualidad, y sin primas.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, ha incluido a los trabajadores de 50 y 51 a\u00f1os en el grupo de los de 52 a 54 a\u00f1os, a los que les ofrece dejar la entidad con el 60% del salario pensionable de seis anualidades, con un tope m\u00e1ximo de 380.000 euros, sin descuento por desempleo y con un convenio especial con la Seguridad Social hasta los 63 a\u00f1os, actualizable hasta un m\u00e1ximo del 3%.<\/p>\n

A este grupo tambi\u00e9n dar\u00e1 primas de 2.000 euros por cada trienio completo trabajado, una prima adicional de entre 5.000 y 30.000 euros en funci\u00f3n de su antig\u00fcedad y otra de 15.000 euros.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, los empleados de menos de 50 a\u00f1os o que no cuenten con al menos 15 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad podr\u00e1n dejar la entidad con una indemnizaci\u00f3n de 40 d\u00edas por a\u00f1o trabajado, hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 24 mensualidades.<\/p>\n

Este colectivo tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 primas de 2.000 euros por cada trienio de antig\u00fcedad y otras de entre 5.000 y 30.000 euros en funci\u00f3n de los a\u00f1os que lleve en el banco.<\/p>\n

La reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de afectados, por el momento fijado en 3.464 salidas desde las 3.713 iniciales, se determinar\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a la movilidad, se ha suprimido el tramo de entre 75 y 100 kil\u00f3metros, como exig\u00edan los sindicatos, por lo que los empleados podr\u00e1n ser desplazados hasta 75 kil\u00f3metros tanto si se cierra la oficina como si no, con las indemnizaciones y condiciones del acuerdo suscrito en 2017.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los sindicatos, la direcci\u00f3n del banco ha comunicado que ya no tiene m\u00e1s recorrido para seguir mejorando las condiciones del acuerdo, dejando entrever que la presentada hoy ha sido su oferta final. La pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n se celebrar\u00e1 el jueves, jueves 12 de junio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
