(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211; <\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"description\">   Banca March ha adquirido el 25% de su corredur\u00eda de seguros March JLT, que hasta ahora controlaba el grupo brit\u00e1nico Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group (JLT), y ha modificado su nombre a March Risk Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>   Seg\u00fan ha informado la entidad, la compra ha tenido lugar despu\u00e9s de que JLT fuese adquirido por Marsh &amp; McLennan, y supone que Banca March aumenta hasta el 100% su participaci\u00f3n en el capital del br\u00f3ker.<\/p>\n<p>   La entidad ha indicado en un comunicado que esta operaci\u00f3n refleja su compromiso con el desarrollo futuro de este negocio, que considera &#8220;un componente estrat\u00e9gico de su actividad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>   La corredur\u00eda, fundada en 1939, se convierte con esta adquisici\u00f3n en &#8220;el mayor br\u00f3ker de seguros de capital 100% espa\u00f1ol&#8221;.
