(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"description\">El precio medio de la vivienda libre subi\u00f3 un 6,8% en el primer trimestre en tasa interanual, dos d\u00e9cimas m\u00e1s que en el trimestre anterior, seg\u00fan el \u00cdndice de Precios de Vivienda (IPV) del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE) publicado este viernes.<\/p>\n<p>Por tipo de vivienda, el precio medio de las de segunda mano aument\u00f3 un 6,2% interanual en el primer trimestre, dos d\u00e9cimas menos que en el trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las viviendas nuevas, su precio avanz\u00f3 una media del 10,4% en el mismo periodo, casi dos puntos y medio superior a la del trimestre anterior y la m\u00e1s alta desde el cuarto trimestre de 2007.<\/p>\n<p><iframe height=\"450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" id=\"ep-chart-5448295a-29af-4bcb-9ced-88e9074ced61-106\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/5448295a-29af-4bcb-9ced-88e9074ced61-106\/450\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En tasa intertrimestral, el precio medio de la vivienda repunt\u00f3 un 1,5% entre enero y marzo, frente al alza del 0,4% que registr\u00f3 en el trimestre anterior y del 1,4% del primer trimestre de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Por tipo de vivienda, los precios de la vivienda nueva subieron un 4,3% entre el cuarto trimestre de 2018 y el primero de este a\u00f1o, mientras que los de la vivienda de segunda mano aumentaron un 1,1%.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ladillo\">TODAS LAS COMUNIDADES EN TASAS POSITIVAS ANUALES<\/h2>\n<p>En el primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o, todas las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas m\u00e1s las ciudades de Ceuta y Melilla registraron tasas medias positivas en el precio de la vivienda en tasa interanual.<\/p>\n<p>Los aumentos m\u00e1s pronunciados de precios correspondieron a Madrid (+9,7%), Ceuta (+9,1%), Melilla (+8,5%) y Catalu\u00f1a (+7,6%). Donde menos aumentaron los precios fue en Extremadura (+2,4%), Galicia (+3,6%) y Asturias (+3,8%).<\/p>\n<p><iframe height=\"450\" style=\"width: 100%; min-height: 450px; overflow: hidden;\" id=\"ep-chart-a65707dc-6932-4c58-9841-45e46d854109\" src=\"https:\/\/www.epdata.es\/embed\/a65707dc-6932-4c58-9841-45e46d854109\/450\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en t\u00e9rminos intertrimestrales, los precios de la vivienda presentaron tasas trimestrales positivas en el primer trimestre en todas las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas.<\/p>\n<p>Las mayores subidas se produjeron en Comunidad de Madrid, Pa\u00eds Vasco y Arag\u00f3n, con incrementos del 2,9%, 2,3% y 2,2%, respectivamente.
