Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio llevado a cabo en Reino Unido por la empresa especializada en marketing digital Conversant, aproximadamente la mitad de los consumidores confiesa que supone para ellos un aut\u00e9ntico engorro toparse permanentemente con los mismos anuncios en internet.<\/p>\n<p>El informe de Conversant pone adem\u00e1s otro importante dato sobre la mesa: que con sus intrusivas pr\u00e1cticas publicitarias en la red de redes los anunciantes est\u00e1n erosionando gravemente su propia reputaci\u00f3n. No en vano,<strong> el 29% de los consumidores tiene una mala opini\u00f3n de aquellas empresas que alumbran publicidad de mala calidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ver id\u00e9nticos anuncios en m\u00faltiples ocasiones en internet es motivo de queja para el 48% de los consumidores<\/strong>. E id\u00e9ntico porcentaje sostiene que, a tenor de sus flagrantes fallos, la industria publicitaria est\u00e1 abocada al cambio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodos nos hemos topado en alguna ocasi\u00f3n con este problema, el de ser perseguidos por el mismo anuncio, que aparece una y otra vez en todas partes. Se trata de <strong>un problema inherente a la manera en que funciona el targeting en la publicidad online.<\/strong> Lejos de mover a la compra, esta pr\u00e1ctica no hace sino enojar al consumidor y causar da\u00f1o reputacional a largo plazo a las marcas\u201d, subraya Elliott Clayton, vicepresidente senior de Conversant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCuando apuestan por un elevado volumen de retargeting de baja calidad,<strong> las marcas alejan en realidad al consumidor<\/strong> y dinamitan su presupuesto marketero en el proceso\u201d, a\u00f1ade Clayton.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el consumidor no rechaza de plano la publicidad, <strong>el 44% preferir\u00eda ser confrontado con menos anuncios en internet<\/strong> y que aquellos anuncios que llegan a sus ojos fueran realmente \u00fatiles y relevantes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa \u00fanica forma de garantizar que la publicidad online sea portadora realmente de relevancia genuina es la personalizaci\u00f3n.
