(Reuters\/EP) &#8211; <\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"description\">   Italia debe obedecer las normas presupuestarias de la Uni\u00f3n Europea o asumir costes de endeudamiento m\u00e1s altos que podr\u00edan perjudicar a\u00fan m\u00e1s su econom\u00eda, advirti\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles el vicepresidente del Banco Central Europeo (BCE), Luis de Guindos.<\/p>\n<p>   Los rendimientos de los bonos italianos subieron dr\u00e1sticamente esta semana ante el resurgimiento de las tensiones entre Roma y la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.
