El Fondo de Reestructuraci\u00f3n Ordenada Bancaria (FROB) ha dado por concluido el proceso de reestructuraci\u00f3n de las entidades de cr\u00e9dito espa\u00f1olas, al acabar en abril de 2018 los \u00faltimos dos planes de entidades que recibieron apoyos p\u00fablicos, Catalunya Banc, integrado en el Grupo BBVA, y CEISS, integrado en el Grupo Unicaja Banco.<\/p>\n
As\u00ed lo certifica el fondo de rescate financiero en su ‘Memoria de actividades 2018’, publicada este martes, en el que declara una recaudaci\u00f3n de 736 millones de euros por contribuciones a los Fondos de Resoluci\u00f3n, de los cuales 735,93 millones corresponden al Fondo \u00danico de Resoluci\u00f3n Europeo y 60.000 euros al Fondo de Resoluci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n
En su memoria, el FROB asegura que las entidades citadas han “cumplido satisfactoriamente todos los compromisos asumidos para la recepci\u00f3n de apoyos financieros”, centrados principalmente en el traspaso a la Sareb de activos problem\u00e1ticos relacionados con el ladrillo, la realizaci\u00f3n de un ejercicio de gesti\u00f3n de h\u00edbridos, una reducci\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o y desinversi\u00f3n de activos, y mejoras en el gobierno corporativo.<\/p>\n
Seg\u00fan recuerda en su memoria, la mayor\u00eda de entidades que recibieron ayudas p\u00fablicas culminaron en 2017 sus planes de reestructuraci\u00f3n: Grupo BFA-Bankia, Banco Mare Nostrum (BMN), fusionadas ambas en enero del pasado a\u00f1o, Liberbank y Caja 3, integrada esta \u00faltima en Ibercaja Banco.<\/p>\n
Por otro lado, el fondo de rescate informa de que mantiene su presencia como perjudicado en 24 procesos por operaciones que pudieran ser constitutivas de delito en entidades receptoras de ayudas p\u00fablicas, habi\u00e9ndose puesto en conocimiento de la Fiscal\u00eda Especial contra la Corrupci\u00f3n y Criminalidad Organizada un total de 57 informes Forensic.<\/p>\n
Para el presidente del FROB, Jaime Ponce, el a\u00f1o de 2018 fue “un a\u00f1o de transici\u00f3n”, pues “se alcanz\u00f3 el fin de todos los planes que las entidades espa\u00f1olas suscribieron con ocasi\u00f3n de la recepci\u00f3n de apoyos financieros”, y al mismo tiempo “fue clave para la consolidaci\u00f3n del marco europeo y la mejora de la resolubilidad de las entidades financieras de la Uni\u00f3n Bancaria”.<\/p>\n
El pasado a\u00f1o, el FROB tambi\u00e9n revis\u00f3 la Directiva Europea de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resoluci\u00f3n, y en su memoria avanza su publicaci\u00f3n para la primera mitad de este 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
