El d\u00e9ficit comercial repunt\u00f3 un 36,5% en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, hasta alcanzar los 9.463,6 millones de euros, debido a que las exportaciones espa\u00f1olas se estancaron, en contraste con las importaciones que aumentaron un 3,2%, seg\u00fan los datos publicados este martes por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo.<\/p>\n
Las exportaciones acumularon hasta marzo un importe de 71.013 millones de euros, un 0,02% menos interanual, con su primera ca\u00edda desde al menos 2010; mientras que las importaciones alcanzaron los 80.477 millones, un 3,2% m\u00e1s que en el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior y un nuevo r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n
En volumen, las exportaciones se redujeron un 1,7% interanual, ya que sus precios aproximados por los \u00edndices de valor unitario ascendieron un 1,7%, y las importaciones crecieron un 1,4% interanual, debido a que sus precios subieron un 1,8%.<\/p>\n
De esta forma, la tasa de cobertura –exportaciones sobre importaciones– se situ\u00f3 en el 88,2%, 2,9 puntos porcentuales menos que la registrada en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o pasado (91,1%).<\/p>\n
El saldo no energ\u00e9tico arroj\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit de 2.590,7 millones de euros, superior a los 551 millones de los tres primeros meses del a\u00f1o anterior, mientras que el d\u00e9ficit energ\u00e9tico aument\u00f3 un 7,7%, hasta los 6.873 millones de euros.<\/p>\n
Entre los principales sectores, crecieron las exportaciones de productos qu\u00edmicos (+5%), alimentaci\u00f3n, bebidas y tabaco (+4,4%) y bienes de equipo (+3,4%); mientras que las del sector del autom\u00f3vil disminuyeron un 7,3%.<\/p>\n
Por su parte, las importaciones tambi\u00e9n se incrementaron en los sectores de bienes de equipo (+5,7% interanual); productos qu\u00edmicos (+5,7%) y manufacturas de consumo (+3,8%). Sin embargo, las importaciones de materias primas decrecieron un 4,7% interanual.<\/p>\n
CAEN LAS VENTAS A LA UE Y LA ZONA EURO <\/h2>\n
En cuanto al destino de las ventas espa\u00f1olas en el exterior, las dirigidas a la UE, que representan el 66,8% del total, descendieron un 0,7 en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o; al tiempo que las exportaciones a la zona euro (51,9% del total) se redujeron un 0,6%, y las destinadas al resto de la UE (14,9% del total) crecieron un 3%.<\/p>\n
Por su parte, las ventas a terceros destinos (el 33,2% del total) aumentaron un 1,4 en este periodo, con incrementos de las exportaciones a Am\u00e9rica del Norte (+12,3%), Asia -excluido Oriente Medio- (+7,3%) y \u00c1frica (+4,8%). Retrocedieron en cambio las destinadas a Ocean\u00eda (-19%), Oriente Medio (-15,8%) y Am\u00e9rica Latina (-3,8%).<\/p>\n
Por pa\u00edses, los principales destinos a nivel mundial conforme a su contribuci\u00f3n a las exportaciones fueron Estados Unidos (0,4 puntos), Reino Unido (0,3 puntos), Corea del Sur (0,3 puntos) y Suiza (0,3 puntos).<\/p>\n
En cambio, las mayores contribuciones negativas correspondieron a Turqu\u00eda (-0,6 puntos), Alemania (-0,5 puntos), B\u00e9lgica (-0,3 puntos) y Francia (-0,3 puntos).<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas la comunidad que experiment\u00f3 una mayor tasa de variaci\u00f3n interanual de sus exportaciones en el periodo fue Cantabria (+29%), seguida por Arag\u00f3n (+16,2%) y Asturias (+14,7%). En cambio, los mayores descensos interanuales se registraron en Islas Baleares (-13,8%), Galicia (-9,5%) y Castilla y Le\u00f3n (-7,8%).<\/p>\n
EL D\u00c9FICIT CASI SE TRIPLICA EN MARZO Y CAEN UN 0,5% LAS EXPORTACIONES <\/h2>\n
Solo en marzo, el d\u00e9ficit comercial alcanz\u00f3 los 2.352,6 millones de euros, lo que supuso casi triplicar (+183,2%) el del mismo mes de la\u00f1o anterior (830,6 millones). La tasa de cobertura se situ\u00f3 en el 91,5%, lo que supone 5,3 puntos porcentuales menos que en marzo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n
El mayor d\u00e9ficit se debe a que las exportaciones espa\u00f1olas de bienes descendieron un 0,5% interanual, hasta los 25.469,2 millones de euros, mientras que las importaciones se incrementaron un 5,2% interanual, hasta los 27.821,8 millones de euros.<\/p>\n
Con los datos desestacionalizados y corregidos de efecto calendario, las exportaciones se redujeron un 0,6% interanual y las importaciones aumentaron un 4,1%.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, el saldo no energ\u00e9tico arroj\u00f3 un d\u00e9ficit de 277,2 millones de euros, frente al super\u00e1vit de 1.029,2 millones de euros de marzo de 2018, en tanto que el d\u00e9ficit energ\u00e9tico subi\u00f3 un 11,6% interanual, hasta los 2.075,4 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
