La proporci\u00f3n de compradores multicanal ha pegado notablemente el estir\u00f3n en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y medio. Antes de la pandemia la proporci\u00f3n era, no en vano, de apenas un 18%.<br \/>\nPor otra parte, la proporci\u00f3n de consumidores que prefieren comprar en tiendas f\u00edsicas se ha contra\u00eddo desde que se iniciara la crisis del coronavirus. Actualmente el 55% de los consumidores se decanta por esta f\u00f3rmula y antes de la pandemia esta cifra era 12 puntos porcentuales mayor.<br \/>\nLa pandemia se ha traducido asimismo en much\u00edsimos cambios (parece que duraderos) en lo que se refiere a las opciones de pago. La preferencia por los m\u00e9todos de pago \u00abcontactless\u00bb durante la crisis del COVID-19 ha echado anclas en un consumidor que antes apostaba tradicionalmente por el efectivo y ahora est\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s abierto a otras opciones. El 53% de los consumidores asegura que los m\u00e9todos de pago \u00abcontactless\u00bb gozar\u00e1n de m\u00e1s relevancia para ellos en el futuro.<br \/>\nY el 36% va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y asegura que preferir\u00eda pagos completamente \u00abcontactless\u00bb en el futuro (incluidos los pagos en los que los el consumidor est\u00e1 exento de pasar por caja). As\u00ed y todo, para el 54% de los consumidores sigue siendo importante pagar en caja cuando realizan sus compras en tiendas f\u00edsicas.<br \/>\nEl comercio online y el offline est\u00e1n abocados a caminar juntos de la mano<br \/>\nEl informe de Shopify da cuenta asimismo del deseo por parte del consumidor de que haya un v\u00ednculo m\u00e1s fuerte entre el comercio online y el comercio offline. A dos terceras partes de los consumidores les gustar\u00eda tener la opci\u00f3n de poder recibir un determinado producto en casa si \u00e9ste no se encuentra disponible en tienda. Y el 50% tiene inter\u00e9s es poder recoger en los establecimientos f\u00edsicos productos previamente descubiertos en la red de redes.<br \/>\nLa proporci\u00f3n de consumidores que desea comprobar el inventario online de una tienda antes de ir f\u00edsicamente al punto de venta es igualmente elevada, de un 69%.<br \/>\nMuchos consumidores est\u00e1n adem\u00e1s dispuestos a compartir sus datos personales y al 54% no le importar\u00eda que los comercios f\u00edsicos tuvieran acceso a su historia de compra online.<br \/>\n\u00abEstamos asistiendo a un cambio absolutamente s\u00edsmico en la manera en que la gente compra.
