(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<br \/>\nLos accionistas de Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (CCL) han aceptado este viernes la oferta presentada por Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) por la embotelladora australiana, seg\u00fan ha informado Amatil.<br \/>\nEn concreto, el 99% de los accionistas han dado su aprobaci\u00f3n a la oferta presentada de 13,501 d\u00f3lares australianos por t\u00edtulo. &#8220;Hoy es un d\u00eda muy importante en los 117 a\u00f1os de historia de Coca-Cola Amatil&#8221;, ha asegurado la presidenta de la embotelladora australiana, Ilana Atlas.<br \/>\nDe esta forma, Coca-Cola European Partners impulsa su expansi\u00f3n internacional tras hacerse con la australiana por 9.828 millones de d\u00f3lares australianos (alrededor de unos 6.300 millones de euros).<br \/>\nEl embotellador europeo da as\u00ed un paso m\u00e1s en la compra de Amatil, despu\u00e9s de que esta semana recibiera la &#8216;luz verde&#8217; para la operaci\u00f3n de la Oficina de Inversiones en el Extranjero de Nueva Zelanda (OIO), pero a\u00fan requerir\u00e1 la aprobaci\u00f3n por parte de un Tribunal australiano, cuya audiencia est\u00e1 programada para el 20 de abril.<br \/>\nSi el juzgado aprueba este plan, las acciones de Amatil dejar\u00e1n de cotizar el 21 de abril y la integraci\u00f3n entre ambos embotelladores se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 10 de mayo.<\/p>\n<p>\n<!--noindex--><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/noticia-coca-cola-european-partners-recibe-luz-verde-oio-comprar-australiana-amatil-20210416174108.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">Source link <\/a><br \/>\n<!--\/noindex--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MADRID, 16 Abr.
