(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<br \/>\n   El impuesto a la riqueza implementado en Argentina por la Administraci\u00f3n de Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, que tiene por objeto recaudar m\u00e1s del 1% del PIB para financiar las contingencias de la pandemia, contribuir\u00e1 a que su pa\u00eds vecino, Uruguay, &#8220;reclute argentinos adinerados&#8221;, seg\u00fan el director del programa de Am\u00e9rica Latina del Wilson Center, Benjamin Gedan.<br \/>\n   En declaraciones a Europa Press, Gedan ha explicado que si bien es comprensible que las autoridades argentinas busquen incrementar los ingresos fiscales, el llamado Aporte Solidario Extraordinario de las Grandes Fortunas &#8220;da\u00f1ar\u00e1 el clima de inversi\u00f3n&#8221; del pa\u00eds sudamericano y provocar\u00e1 la marcha de los inversores al pa\u00eds presidido por Luis Lacalle Pou.<br \/>\n   Entre otros ejemplos, Gedan ha expuesto el del director ejecutivo de Mercado Libre, Marcos Galper\u00edn, quien cruz\u00f3 el R\u00edo de la Plata tras las \u00faltimas elecciones presidenciales de Argentina cuando los peronistas volvieron el poder.<br \/>\n   Algunos sectores empresariales argentinos tambi\u00e9n han mostrado su descontento con este tributo. Es el caso de la Uni\u00f3n Industrial Argentina (UIA), que alert\u00f3 sobre los problemas que acarrear\u00eda este impuesto sobre la reactivaci\u00f3n de la actividad econ\u00f3mica y su efecto sobre el sector productivo.<br \/>\n   &#8220;El impuesto a la riqueza de Argentina es arriesgado. Dada la d\u00e9bil recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos del pa\u00eds, es probable que genere mucho menos que la proyecci\u00f3n del gobierno del 1% del PIB&#8221;, ha advertido el director del Wilson Center.<br \/>\n   En concreto, la propuesta de la formaci\u00f3n del Frente de Todos tiene como objeto recaudar 307.000 millones de pesos (3.234 millones de euros) equivalentes al 1,1% del PIB, que afectar\u00eda a unas 9.298 personas en el pa\u00eds sudamericano, seg\u00fan datos de la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP).<br \/>\n   La medida consistir\u00e1 en el cobro en una sola vez de un impuesto progresivo desde el 2% hasta el 3,5% sobre los patrimonios superiores a los 200 millones de pesos argentinos, unos 2,1 millones de euros al cambio actual.<br \/>\n   La recaudaci\u00f3n de dicho tributo se destinar\u00e1 a la contingencia de la emergencia sanitaria de la Covid-19, el impulso a las pymes, programas de desarrollo, becas al programa integral de becas Progresar y programas de exploraci\u00f3n y desarrollo de gas natural, a trav\u00e9s de la estatal Ieasa.<br \/>\n   Gedan ha reconocido que el intento del Ejecutivo argentino de aumentar los ingresos fiscales &#8220;es comprensible&#8221; tras los altos costes derivados de las medidas de emergencia implantadas por la pandemia, que dejaron al pa\u00eds sudamericano con una inflaci\u00f3n anual de 34%, la segunda m\u00e1s alta de Latinoam\u00e9rica tras Venezuela, y con el 41% de la poblaci\u00f3n vivienda en la pobreza.<br \/>\n   No obstante, ha recordado que Argentina &#8220;es un pa\u00eds con altos impuestos, tanto para las empresas como para las familias adineradas, que ya pagan un impuesto especial a la propiedad&#8221;.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n<!--noindex--><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/macroeconomia-00338\/noticia-impuesto-riqueza-argentina-provocara-fuga-inversores-uruguay-wilson-center-20210206115244.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">Source link <\/a><br \/>\n<!--\/noindex--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MADRID, 6 Feb.
