(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<br \/>\n   El Gobierno ha pedido a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) que investigue &#8220;si ha habido irregularidades en el mercado el\u00e9ctrico&#8221;, despu\u00e9s de que este viernes el precio mayorista de la electricidad haya marcado m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos para una referencia media diaria, con 94,99 euros por megavatio hora (MWh), en plena ola de fr\u00edo que asola Espa\u00f1a por la borrasca &#8216;Filomena&#8217;, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 en su cuenta de &#8216;Twitter&#8217; el ministro de Consumo, Alberto Garz\u00f3n.<br \/>\n    Asimismo, Garz\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Ejecutivo est\u00e1 &#8220;buscando soluciones definitivas para una tarifa regulada que proteja especialmente a las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables&#8221;.<br \/>\n   El &#8216;pool&#8217; caer\u00e1 este s\u00e1bado un 15% con respecto al precio medio marcado para este viernes, aunque se mantendr\u00e1 por encima de los 80 euros por MWh.<br \/>\n   No obstante, a pesar de este ca\u00edda en el precio medio diario, las horas puntas ver\u00e1n como sus precios pueden llegar a superar los 120 euros por MWh. As\u00ed, entre las nueve y diez de la noche los consumidores que dispongan de tarificaci\u00f3n por horas pagar\u00e1n la electricidad a 121,24 euros por MWh, muy por encima de los 50,25 euros de la hora m\u00e1s barata, que se dar\u00e1 a las cinco de la madrugada.<br \/>\n   Este aumento sobre los precios de la electricidad se debe a la acumulaci\u00f3n de diversos factores, como son un incremento de la demanda por la ola de fr\u00edo y la subida en los precios del di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) y la cotizaci\u00f3n del gas natural, seg\u00fan indicaron a Europa Press en fuentes del sector.<br \/>\n   El precio mayorista de la electricidad tiene un peso cercano al 35% sobre el recibo final, mientras que alrededor del 40% corresponde a los peajes y cerca del 25% restante, al IVA y al Impuesto de Electricidad. El Gobierno ha congelado para 2021 los peajes y cargos el\u00e9ctricos con los que los consumidores sufragan los costes regulados.<br \/>\nPRECIOS CASI EL DOBLE QUE LA MEDIA DE 2020<br \/>\n   El precio de la electricidad ha alcanzado los 22,14 c\u00e9ntimos por kilovatio hora (kWh) este viernes, casi el doble que la media de 2020, que fue de 12,14 c\u00e9ntimos.<br \/>\n   Tras el nuevo incremento de este viernes, la subida interanual en el precio del kWh en la tarifa regulada (PVPC) en los primeros ocho d\u00edas de este mes de enero alcanza ya el 30,9%.<br \/>\n   En lo que va de a\u00f1o, el kWh representa una media de 17,50 c\u00e9ntimos (impuestos indirectos incluidos), frente a los 13,36 c\u00e9ntimos el mismo periodo de 2020.<br \/>\n   Tomando como referencia la tarifa media del kWh en estos primeros ocho d\u00edas de enero, la factura el\u00e9ctrica del usuario medio se situar\u00eda ya en 83,24 euros, lo que representa un incremento del 22,2% sobre los 68,11 euros de las mismas fechas del a\u00f1o pasado, seg\u00fan datos Facua-Consumidores en Acci\u00f3n sobre un usuario medio que consume 366 kWh mensuales y tiene una potencia contratada de 4,4 kW.
