Adem\u00e1s, las marcas constituyen la principal fuente de informaci\u00f3n del consumidor a la hora de abrazar la moda &#8220;healthy&#8221;.<br \/>\nEl 62% de los m\u00e1s de 2.000 consumidores consultados en su informe por KPMG asegura que las cualidades saludables de los productos que arroja en la cesta de la compra gozan para ellos de una mayor relevancia que hace cinco a\u00f1os.<br \/>\nA la hora de adquirir productos saludables, el 40% de los consumidores utiliza la informaci\u00f3n facilitada por las propias marcas para tomar sus decisiones de compra.<br \/>\n&#8220;Las marcas tienen claramente una gran influencia en lo que los consumidores juzgan como &#8216;healthy&#8217;, por lo que los clientes necesitan pistas sobre las propiedades saludables de determinados ingredientes&#8221;, explica Jason Parker, head of Health de KPMG en Reino Unido.<br \/>\nSorprende, por otra parte, que s\u00f3lo el 22% de los consumidores se apoye en sus amigos y familiares para tomar decisiones de compra que ata\u00f1en a productos &#8220;healthy&#8221;. E id\u00e9ntica proporci\u00f3n se vale de las recomendaciones por parte de las autoridades gubernamentales para comprar art\u00edculos que se precian de saludables.<br \/>\nEn las decisiones de compra &#8220;healthy&#8221; quienes m\u00e1s influyen son las marcas<br \/>\nEn cuanto a los influencers, estos inspiran en realidad a apenas el 4% de los consumidores en sus decisiones de compra &#8220;healthy&#8221;. De m\u00e1s popularidad gozan, en cambio, las apps con el foco puesto en la nutrici\u00f3n (13%).<br \/>\nLa querencia por los alimentos &#8220;healthy&#8221; es ligeramente m\u00e1s pronunciada entre las mujeres que entre los hombres. El 64% de las f\u00e9minas se preocupa m\u00e1s que antes del impacto saludable en su dieta. Entre los hombres esta proporci\u00f3n desciende hasta el 60%.<br \/>\nLos m\u00e1s preocupados por su dieta (y la influencia que \u00e9sta pudiera tener en su salud) son los j\u00f3venes de entre 18 y 25 a\u00f1os (76%).
