Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio llevado a cabo en Alemania por la agencia de relaciones p\u00fablicas Edelman, la mayor parte de los consumidores prefiere posar sus ojos (para adquirir en \u00faltimo t\u00e9rmino sus productos y servicios) en aquellas marcas que son dignas de su confianza. \u00bfEl problema? Que el consumidor se las ve y se las desea para hallar marcas merecedoras realmente de su confianza.<br \/>\nAquellas marcas (no demasiadas) que est\u00e1n ungidas con la escurridiza confianza del consumidor se las ingenian para descollar entre la multitud. El 83% de los consumidores admite que la confianza en las marcas es absolutamente decisiva a la hora de tomar decisiones de compra.<br \/>\nLa confianza asociada a una marca es en los tiempos que corren casi tan relevante como las caracter\u00edsticas del producto (87%), la calidad (87%), los materiales que se dan cita en un art\u00edculo en particular (86%) y el valor (86%).<br \/>\nEntre la demanda y la oferta de marcas dignas de la confianza del consumidor hay, de todos modos, una profund\u00edsima zanja. S\u00f3lo el 23% de los consumidores reconoce que conf\u00eda en la mayor\u00eda de las marcas que adquiere o consume.<br \/>\nEl consumidor quiere marcas de confianza, pero encontrarlas es como buscar una aguja en un pajar<br \/>\n&#8220;Las marcas deben valerse de su posici\u00f3n para intentar cerrar la zanja entre la ampl\u00edsima demanda y la escas\u00edsima oferta de marcas de confianza. Quienes lograr puntuar alto desde el punto de vista de la confianza son ampliamente recompensados por el consumidor&#8221;, explica Britta Heer, managing director de Brand Marketing de Edelman en Alemania.<br \/>\nCuando el consumidor deposita su confianza en una marca, existe tambi\u00e9n el doble de probabilidades de que \u00e9ste sea le sea fiel a largo plazo (62%) y de que abogue de manera activa por la marca en la que tiene a bien confiar (44%).<br \/>\nPara ganarse la confianza del consumidor las marcas har\u00edan bien, por otra parte, en zambullirse en debates de tem\u00e1tica social. No en vano, el 52% de los consumidores considera que las marcas est\u00e1n en la obligaci\u00f3n de asumir su responsabilidad social e involucrarse en al menos un tema social que no est\u00e9 necesariamente relacionado con su negocio.<br \/>\nAun as\u00ed, a d\u00eda de hoy \u00fanicamente el 16% de los consumidores dice constatar el inter\u00e9s real de las marcas por asuntos de naturaleza social.<br \/>\nDe todos modos, el 34% de los consumidores tiene el pleno convencimiento de que las marcas son due\u00f1as de mejores ideas para resolver los problemas que acechan a la sociedad que las propias instituciones gubernamentales.<br \/>\nEsta cifra, que deber\u00eda inocular el optimismo en las marcas, presenta, no obstante, un reverso de la moneda no tan positivo.
